Gala Program Book
Outline
- The program book measures 5 ½”x 8 ½”.
- The program book prints full color on the covers and one color, black, on the inside pages. The program book may be upgraded to full color depending on printing donation.
Event Demographics
- Approximately 750 programs are printed and distributed to Gala guests, media and sponsors.
- Gala guests are high-level community and business leaders and high-income individuals.
- Our guests’ homes and businesses span from Eastern & Western Virginia, toGeorgetown, to the “High Tech” Corridor of Maryland.

Inside front cover* $2,500 (full color)

Quarter page $250 (black & white)
*Advertising space for the covers is sold on a first come, first serve basis once the campaign starts on April 5, 2012.

- Fill out general donation form and submit with payment.
